Shake your booty at Barre with your fellow DGAN babes and reward yourself post workout with some bubbly or a beverage of choice!
Barre class is basically a mixture of ballet, pilates, and yoga. It mostly focuses on the lower body, such as the thighs, gluteal muscles, and legs, as well as the core. Most exercises are done at the bar and trust us, your muscles will shake!
Wear workout attire and socks (or you can be barefoot), bring bottled water and get ready for some fun!
