The Sbody METHOD is a mat workout with a contemporary twist taking Pilates Yoga Barre Gyrokinesis to a whole new level incorporating a dynamic, full body workout that focuses on improving flexibility core strength with exercises that stretch tone all muscle groups.
The Sbody METHOD links breath with movement incorporating extreme intervals, long, deep holds, cardio plyometric blasts, Plié squats, energetic strength drills like jump squats and sautés, forearm planks with rotation, and push ups...all to build muscle strength and create a longer and leaner body.
