It’s a great time to share your literary favorites with your DGAN friends! You’ve read all year, collected books, and now it’s time to gift them.

This is simple and super fun! Choose a book that you’ve enjoyed reading (new or gently used) and wrap it like a present. Then, write a short, funny, witty, serious, shocking or unbelievable summary about the book and why you liked it (a few sentences is plenty). At our virtual exchange, we’ll go around the screen, showing the unwrapped books and reading the summaries.

Each participant will take a turn choosing (and having the gift-er open) a book. There will be an opportunity to steal, too! On your turn, you can choose a yet unwrapped book, or can choose to “steal” a book from a friend.

Afterwards, feel free to connect with the person who gifted you your book to arrange to pick it up.

A link will be posted to the DGAN Reading Between the Wines page on the day of the event.
